This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”) and Dr. V Healing (“Dr. V Healing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Dr. V Healing mobile application (the “App”) and any related services, content, and updates.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and only as permitted by the Apple App Store / Google Play rules and this EULA. Apple and Google are not parties to this EULA and have no responsibility for the App or its content.

2) Restrictions

You may not (and you agree not to):

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App or any part of it.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, or create derivative works of the App (except where applicable law allows it).

• Circumvent or disable security or access-control features.

• Use the App in a way that violates laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

3) Account & Security

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

4) Content and Health Disclaimer (Important)

The App may provide meditation, wellness, and educational content. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services immediately.

5) Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions (“Subscriptions”) through Apple’s App Store or Google Play.

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Manage / Cancel: You can manage or cancel your Subscription in your device’s subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).

• Price changes: Prices may vary by region and may change; you will be notified as required by the store platform. Subscription options, durations, and prices are displayed in the App prior to purchase and may vary by region.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a Subscription (where applicable under store rules).

6) User Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

7) Updates and Changes

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. Updates may be required for continued use. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

8) Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment providers, analytics, authentication providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their terms.

9) Ownership

The App and all content, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by Dr. V Healing or its licensors. This EULA grants you a license to use the App, not ownership.

10) Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate this EULA. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. V Healing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

13) Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer residing outside the United States, nothing in this EULA shall deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
